That being said, I will go through every single request submitted.

PAYMENT
It does not matter to me if you submit an offer for $10/h or $1000/hour, so don't worry about this part.

I have a non negotiable hourly I am willing to pay at $40/h that will scale up to $75/h over 3 months once you onboard yourself to the workflow.

TRIAL RUN
Unfortunately, we live in a time where many people submit fraudulent or stolen portfolios.

For this reason, I do a trial run to verify the skillset showcased in the portfolio.

You will receive up to 5 requests to make a hero concept shot, similar to the ones you have on your dribbble portfolio. These should take no more than ~2 hours to complete.

Your compensation will be $50 / shot, so $25/hour.

You are welcome to use them in your portfolio, I will not be using them for anything myself. These 5 briefs are to test your skillset.

DEADLINE
Looking to hire multiple people for the trial run by end of this week. I will close this job posting on Monday, March 11. If you submit your portfolio anytime before than, I guarantee I will look at it.

ABOUT ME / JOB
I have been a project manager for ~12 years, and a full stack developer for the last 3 years.

I run a small boutique agency with some friends, and we have recently rebranded to the subscription model that has been trending on twitter.

Just to try it for 100 days as part of a new years resolution to try a new approach. Happy to say, it has worked, and a little to well.

Unfortunately we are made up of 1 UI/UX designer and 4 developers, but most of our client requests are design related.

We are looking to hire 2 ui/ux designers, to help with the workload and get us back on our work/life balance goals.

WORKFLOW / BENEFITS
- Monday to Friday work week
- Weekends are optional and pay 1.5x rate
- US holidays are off (regardless where you are located)
- no meetings / no calls
- just need to get a response rate of ~12h, so about twice a day
- schedules are assigned on Sundays
- you will always get a 24h lead time for any request
- max 5h/day 25h/week is what we consider full time
- remote work is welcome, any country, any nationality

We prioritize being able to work on personal project and improve our skillset over maximizing the hours each week and getting burned out.

We are more akin to a freelance collaborative rather than a traditional top down agency. We only care about high quality work, and everyone is paid the same rates. Regardless of seniority, nationality, or location around the world.
