Creative design of a Real Estate Pamphlet
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a creative designer to design a modern and sleek pamphlet for our real estate agency. The designer will need to use the existing content and create a pamphlet that should present the information as well as the company in such a way that it instills trust and confidence in the reader.
It should be of a format such that it can be downloaded as a PDF file and printed. It should render well on a phone screen, Ipad, computer screen and meet the reactive requirements to display well.
It should not use caricatures, two dimensional drawings of people and surroundings color filled with flat monotone fills. The home buying and selling experience are key moments in a person's or family's life. the images displayed must be of a good resolution, the graphic elements must be well coordinated with the flow of the text.
