Creative & attractive UI for a portfolio website

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a creative and attractive UI for my personal portfolio website.

Design Preferences:
- I don’t need a Normal UI but very creative and attractive.
- I am open to suggestions for color scheme and design
- I would like the freelancer to use their expertise and creativity to come up with a visually appealing design
-Further a editable template of the same will be needed.

Responsiveness:
- The website should be responsive and mobile-friendly
