I'm looking for a creative virtual assistant to help with various tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and have experience with MailerLite or ConvertKit. A vibrant and colorful design style is essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design lead magnets in Canva (1–2 pages/week)
- Schedule and format weekly email newsletters using MailerLite
- Upload product and infographic pins to Pinterest using provided templates
- Monitor email list performance (open/click rates)
- Organize digital products and freebies in Google Drive
- Format content and upload to MailerLite/ConvertKit
- Provide light customer support (via email or inbox)
- Repurpose content (emails → Pins, Pinterest → short quotes)
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Pinterest
- Good communication skills
