Creative Newsletter Template Design

I'm looking for a talented and experienced designer to create a 2-page newsletter template for my company(Think heavy industry). This project will require the incorporation of:

• Specific colors, fonts, and a company logo, which I will provide
• A variety of sections, including a header with the company logo, a section for training updates, an "areas of focus" section, what's new or upcoming section(Short section), activity description section(Another short section), a section for important callouts and a section based on your creative suggestion

The aim is to use this newsletter to internally announce new training initiatives, areas of interest and key messages. Experience in creating business newsletters is highly desirable. Additionally, being able to provide a photo or two of your previous work will be advantageous, enabling us to envision your past achievements and explore potential ideas.
