Creative Logo & T-shirt Designer

I'm in need of a skilled designer who can create an illustrative logo for my merchandise. Not only will this logo be used for my business, but it will also be featured on t-shirts and hats.
The primary use of this logo will be on merchandise, so it needs to be versatile, visually appealing and memorable.
Key requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Need to follow attached examples. Text will be "Summit Kostanay-2024" main image should be fixed but text will be customizable every year.
- Understanding how to create an illustrative logo that is both intricate and minimalistic where needed
- Ability to translate this logo effectively into a design for t-shirts and hats
- A good understanding of color theory, typography, and branding
