Creative Hardcover Portfolio Book Design

I am looking for an experienced designer who can artistically combine images of our work and detailed descriptions of our services into an attractive hardcover book that serves as a portfolio for our company.
Key tasks include:
- Conceptualizing and creating a book design that aligns with our existing branding but also incorporates some unique creative elements.
- Designing the layout of the book, which is to comprise around 140 pages.
- Working closely with me to determine the placement and captioning of images, descriptions, and other content in the book.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven background in graphic design and experience with book design.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Ideally, previous experience working on similar projects.
- Proficient understanding of book design software is essential.
