Creative Graphic Designer for Kidswear Brand

We're a vibrant kidswear brand in need of a designer who can create bold and colorful, eye-catching t-shirt graphics for children aged 2-5.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a designer who:
* Has experience in kidswear, character design, or fun illustration styles
* Understands designs that appeal to parents (especially millennials/90s kids)
* Can deliver print-ready vector designs (AI/PSD)
* Thinks in terms of sets — designs for boys, girls, and twins (2 boys, 2 girls, 1 boy + 1 girl)
* Can create funny, trendy, and desi-style graphics (think: chai, Bollywood, siblings, school days, local language puns)
Design Style We're Going For:
* Minimal but bold
* Kid-safe colors and fonts
* Playful illustrations with a desi touch
* Think of a mix between Cocomelon vibes + Swades nostalgia
Project Scope:
Initial batch of 10–15 t-shirt designs
Each design will include a front print (and optionally a back or pocket area)
Designs grouped for:
Boys (ages 2–5)
Girls (ages 2–5)
Twins sets (fun combos)
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate our playful and nostalgic ideas into engaging t-shirt graphics
- Use your creativity to design appealing and fun graphics that resonate with both children and parents
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in graphic design, particularly for kidswear
- Ability to create bold, colorful designs
- Understanding of 90s pop culture and traditional desi patterns would be a plus
