Creative Flyer Design for Coaching Institute

I'm looking for a talented designer to create an engaging four A4 page flyer for my coaching institute, which prepares students for IIT JEE and NEET.
The designer will be given content, but is expected to use their creativity to produce a modern, clean and visually appealing design that will attract potential students.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
