Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design original, editable templates tailored to different event themes. Your work will form the foundation of our store, enabling customers to easily
personalize designs.
Scope of Work:
- Create 30 Unique Template Themes:
- 5-10 themes for weddings
- 5 themes for baby showers
- 5 themes for birthdays
- 5 themes for business events
- 5 themes for memorials
For Each Theme, Design Matching Printable Items:
- Weddings: Invitations, Save the Date Cards, RSVP Cards, Table Numbers, Seating Charts, Welcome Signs, Menus, Favor Tags, Thank You Cards, Foamcore Signs
- Baby Showers: Invitations, Diaper Raffle Tickets, Welcome Signs, Favor Tags, Thank You Cards
- Birthdays: Invitations, Party Banners, Favor Tags, Thank You Cards, Birthday Posters
- Business Events: Business Invitations, Name Badges, Event Agendas, Posters, Foamcore Signs
- Memorials: Invitations, Memory Cards, Prayer Cards, Welcome Signs, Thank You Cards
Design Sizes & Specifications:
Each template must be standard industry size, print-ready with bleeds (0.125" on all sides), CMYK mode, and
300 DPI.
Item Sizes (inches):
- Invitation Cards: 5" x 7"
- RSVP Cards: 3.5" x 5"
- Save the Date Cards: 5" x 7"
- Thank You Cards: 5.5" x 4.25" folded
- Posters/Welcome Signs: 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"
- Foamcore Signs: 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"
- Table Numbers: 5" x 7"
- Menus: 4" x 9" or 5" x 7"
- Name Badges: 3" x 4"
- Favor Tags: 2" x 3.5"
- Prayer/Memory Cards: 4" x 6"
- Party Banners: 6" x 8" per flag
Please notice each event will need some of the above items and not all of them. Wedding events don't require prayer/memorial cards for example and so on...
Important Requirements:
- All templates must be original and unique (no marketplace copies).
- Specific sets of print items per event.
- Designs must match our branding (elegant, professional).
- Source files (AI, PSD, Canva) must be provided.
Deliverables:
- 30 complete event themes with multiple matching items.
- Editable PDF templates and source files.
- Web-optimized preview images.
