Creative Employee ID Card Designs Needed

I'm looking for a designer to create three unique Employee ID Card designs.
Key requirements:
- Include: Employee name and photo, Employee ID number and department, Company logo and contact information on each card.
- Creative freedom: There are no strict branding guidelines to follow, so you will have the liberty to use your creativity.
- Need pdf and photoshop file also for easily edit that.
- Low budget project.
Ideal candidate should have:
