Creative EDDM Postcard Design -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This project centers on a fresh, creative-minded EDDM postcard that introduces my product and service lineup to households that have never heard of us. The card must work hard in a single glance—clearly explain what we do, spark curiosity, and encourage a next step, whether that’s visiting the website or calling for details.
Because I don’t yet have formal brand guidelines, part of the assignment is to propose a simple visual identity—logo lock-up if needed, a concise color palette, and two complementary typefaces that can carry over to future pieces. I’m after an innovative look rather than a traditional corporate feel, so feel free to explore bold layout ideas, unexpected imagery, and clever copy treatments as long as the message remains crystal-clear.
Deliverables
• Double-sided postcard artwork at USPS EDDM specs (6.5" × 9" or 6.25" × 11"), CMYK, 300 dpi, with safe zones, bleeds, and indicia placement correct
• Press-ready PDF plus layered source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator)
• Mini brand sheet summarizing the chosen colors, fonts, and usage guidance
I’ll provide rough messaging points and any product photos I have; you polish the copy and integrate everything into the final layout. The work is complete when the files pass a pre-flight check and I’m confident they’ll print flawlessly.
