The Role
We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience of our Web3 raffle platform. You'll work directly with our developer and team to define the user journey and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user flows for raffle creation, participation, and prize distribution
- Create responsive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain our design system
- Collaborate with blockchain developers to integrate Web3 functionality seamlessly
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics

Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Web3 or fintech projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 wallets
- Background in user research and data-driven design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
- Experience designing web3 applications
- Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain mechanics
- Familiarity with front-end development
- Background in gamification or interactive experiences
