Creative Design of Slide Decks

I need a creative and engaging slide deck for a presentation/ training session (attached a PDF file of approx 50 slides--but can send the actual PP). As you can see, I already have the written content prepared for each slide. This is the start of MANY other slide decks we need to redesign and IG posts required in future.

Key requirements:
- Redesign a visually appealing slide deck to fit my new brand guidelines (attached photos)
- Use graphics and visuals to enhance understanding (royalty free photos/graphics)

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience following a brand guidelines
