Creative Coordinator – Web, Decks, Album Art & More

We’re a music-focused company seeking a Creative Coordinator to join our team part-time (3 days per week). This is a remote role for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio in graphic design and digital content.

Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for our website (hero images, graphics, layouts)
- Create engaging promotional decks (pitch presentations, client-facing PDFs)
- Design album artwork that captures the identity of each artist/project
- Build eye-catching email templates for campaigns and newsletters
- Develop marketing collateral including social media visuals, one-sheets, and ads
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Kling AI) to streamline tasks, boost efficiency, and enhance creativity

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong portfolio in graphic design and digital content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for music, entertainment, or media a major plus
- Comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools to reduce manual work and generate faster mockups, copy, or visual concepts
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take creative direction and deliver on deadlines
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint
