Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging graphics using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards
Create social media posts, banners, email graphics, infographics, and more
Develop and manage reusable templates for team-wide use
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to execute visual concepts

Weekly Deliverables:
7 APPROVED social media posts (rectangle or square)
4 APPROVED social media videos (2 - 16:9, 2 - 9:16)
Weekly deliverables deadline is: Saturdays at 6PM EST. If a deliverable is one minute late then the contract is considered in breach.
Only APRROVED work counts towards the weekly deliverables so it's best to submit drafts as soon as possible during the week to get them approved.

Qualifications:
Proven experience using Canva for business, marketing, or brand design
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
Excellent portfolio showcasing Canva projects (social, print, web)
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Experience in basic animation (Canva Pro), video editing, or familiarity with other tools like Figma or Adobe Suite
Preferred Traits:
Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling
Organized and self-motivated
Responsive, collaborative, and open to feedback
Familiarity with brand kits and creating branded templates
