1. I need a masterful, creative graphic designer who will not make banners that look like they were created in 1995.
2. I need someone with marketing expertise. We move very fast, so I need to be able to tell you what the campaign is for, who it's for, etc...and have you not only do the design but help with the messaging on the banner.
3. I need someone who can move fast...we are now well behind on some important things. I need a consistent turnaround time that is under 24 hours for any given banner (ideally faster).
