Creative Associate
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Creative Associate to join our team. In this role, your primary focus (approximately 80%) will be conceptualizing and executing high-quality graphic design across digital and print mediums, while the remaining 20% will involve administrative and departmental support to ensure smooth and organized creative workflows. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in owning a brand’s visual identity, and thrives in an environment where organizational skills are valued alongside creative talent. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, professional development opportunities with artist-led mentorship, access to studio materials and equipment within a vibrant creative community, and flexible work arrangements where possible.
Requirements & Qualifications
• The Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, a solid grasp of typography, and diverse project experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Organizational Prowess: You have a "systems-thinking" mindset. You love a clean folder structure and a well-maintained to-do list.
• Communication: Ability to explain design choices clearly and interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Experience: At least 1 year experience in a design-focused role; prior experience in an office or project coordination setting is a major plus.
