Creating a simple gif of a colour wheel spinning

I have created the colour wheel. What I need is the green section to spin clock wise and connect to the end of the green section. so the Circle is completely green,. Then a number the 80 shows in the middle of the circle in black text (Century Schoolbook). Then we will do the same but a different colour spins and connects to itself with a different number.
