Creating a poster

A map of the England/UK with the top 100 golf courses in England dotted on the map.
They are the 100 courses and roughly where they should be on the map they should all be there but you may need to double check when doing the map.
For the courses where they have more than one course in the top 100 use the same arrow from the map and then for Sunningdale for example do it like Sunningdale (old) 2nd , (new) 5th
Not to fussed on what the arrow and dots look like or the font you can decide for that.
