Creating an online interractive course based on an existing workbook

Based on a personal development workbook I'd like to create a course to sell on online platforms. I need somebody with exeptional technical skills who is creative and innovative, with experience in organising training content.The course will have to be designed in a user friendly and intuitive way. Videos, audios and PDFs can be provided.
