Creating and editing images for Poster, website and email ads

Hi, I have various projects that require a wide variety of images that I wish to have created to be used on posters, websites and email ads. We will provide the pictures and hand drawn layouts and a description of what we are looking for. We are looking for someone who can assist us in producing the artwork, layout and final images for the various projects. We are looking for a long term ongoing arrangement.
