Creating an editable YouTube Thumbnail with a few other social media graphics.

Good Afternoon, I'm an author who runs interviews on my YouTube Channel and am looking for a new thumbnail that I can edit easily weekly on the program I use called, Canva with different images of the focused book and guest appearing. I also need it to be resized into a banner for YouTube, Facebook, Podcast banner, Instagram image and Instagram story/ possible reel.
