Creating cheeky banners/Flyers/business cards promoting our Car Parking company

Hi there!
I manage a Car parking company and I am looking to amplify our brand by using banners/flyers/business cards etc to either promote any offers we have on parking or to entice customers to move from a competitor's car park into ours, using a bit of cheeky banter.
This will not be just a one off, this will be ongoing as our offers always change, a good sense of humour would be great!
I need something very simple to start, which is a banner for our website offering a £10.95 per day parking subscription offer, as you can see, it is way too basic. please see attached.
Later on down the track I will also need help with marketing via social media platforms.
