Creating a business offer template in Word

We are looking for a freelancer to create a professional, graphically simple, and easily editable business offer template in Word (.docx), which we will use regularly to present our products and services to clients. The template should include a title page with a logo, an introduction to the company, space for a description of the solution, benefits for the client (sales pitch), references, case studies, an optional schedule, a section with prices and terms and conditions, a final summary with a call to action, and an overall consistent, clear design in line with our visual style. The document must be fully editable in MS Word, using styles and elements that allow for easy editing and reuse. We will provide the logo, basic texts, and brand colors if applicable. We prefer a fixed price. We appreciate experience with similar templates and the possibility of future cooperation on other presentation materials.
