Creating a brand (modifying an existing one)

Hi everyone
I am looking for a graphics expert to create an image, starting from an existing image.
The objective is to create a logo for an amateur football tournament.
There isn't much to invent but you have to be clever and creative to be able to modify an existing brand.
Area: sport and fun
Output will be
- hi-res image result (to print into banner 3x5 mt) [with white, black, green and transparent background]
- mid-res [4096x3072 with white, black and transparent background]
- low-res (for company website) [1024x768 with white, black and transparent background]
All in three formats: .png, .jpg and vectorial
After accepting, it's required too (with a separate project) an easy web template responsive of a "consultation landing page" website with colours used into the logo, with some sections.
