Creating an Interactive Educational Food Pyramid for Children

Job ID: 37117316

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I'm interested in creating an educational food pyramid for children. Below are the specific project details:

1. Design Concept:
A food pyramid with five levels, each represented by a unique geometric shape: Level 1 (base) = Shape 1, Level 2 = Shape 2, Level 3 = Shape 3, Level 4 = Shape 4, Level 5 (tip) = Shape 5.

2. Food Card Designs:
For each level, food cards are needed with the following characteristics:

The geometric shape corresponding to the level should form the base of the card.
The front of each card should display a clear image of the food.
On the back of each card, an expiration date should be included in month/day format (without the year).

3. Design Variations:
For each food item, we require two different designs:

Environmentally friendly version: The food image should be displayed with minimal packaging. These cards should have the same geometric shape assigned to the cards of their corresponding level.
Less environmentally friendly version: The food image should be displayed with unnecessary and environmentally unfriendly packaging. These cards should have the same geometric shape assigned to the cards of their corresponding level, but with a different size to make the child realize they shouldn't place this card in the pyramid, but rather choose among the ones with exact shapes for the level.

4. Quantity and Card Characteristics:

4.1 Level 1, a total of 6 cards:

2 cards of 2 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date X.
2 cards of 2 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date Y.
2 cards of these 2 products, but designed with less environmentally friendly packaging. The cards should have the same geometric shape as the others from the same level, but with different dimensions of the same shape to create doubt in the child about whether to place this card in the pyramid space. The expiration date can be X or Y; the specific date doesn't matter.

4.2 Level 2, a total of 12 cards:

4 cards of 4 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date X.
4 cards of 4 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date Y.
4 cards of these 4 products, but designed with less environmentally friendly packaging. The cards should have the same geometric shape as the others from the same level, but with different dimensions of the same shape to create doubt in the child about whether to place this card in the pyramid space. The expiration date can be X or Y; the specific date doesn't matter.

4.3 Level 3, a total of 18 cards:

6 cards of 6 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date X.
6 cards of 6 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date Y.
6 cards of these 6 products, but designed with less environmentally friendly packaging. The cards should have the same geometric shape as the others from the same level, but with different dimensions of the same shape to create doubt in the child about whether to place this card in the pyramid space. The expiration date can be X or Y; the specific date doesn't matter.

4.4 Level 4, a total of 24 cards:

8 cards of 8 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date X.
8 cards of 8 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date Y.
8 cards of these 8 products, but designed with less environmentally friendly packaging. The cards should have the same geometric shape as the others from the same level, but with different dimensions of the same shape to create doubt in the child about whether to place this card in the pyramid space. The expiration date can be X or Y; the specific date doesn't matter.

4.5 Level 5, a total of 30 cards:

10 cards of 10 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date X.
10 cards of 10 different products belonging to this level with the geometric shape of this level and an expiration date Y.
10 cards of these 10 products, but designed with less environmentally friendly packaging. The cards should have the same geometric shape as the others from the same level, but with different dimensions of the same shape to create doubt in the child about whether to place this card in the pyramid space. The expiration date can be X or Y; the specific date doesn't matter.

5. Expiration Date:
The expiration date on each card should be randomized and vary in month/day format. In the previous sections, X and Y are mentioned, so 2 different expiration dates are required for the products of each level.

6. Pyramid Size:
The size of the pyramid will be 8.5 inches tall x 5.5 inches wide, adjustable based on the final dimensions of the cards. If the cards are too small with this pyramid size, suggestions to increase the pyramid size to make the cards manageable for a child and the images clearly visible are accepted.

7. Number of Spaces:
In each level of the pyramid, there will be the following number of spaces with the same geometric shape. The idea is that not all cards can be assigned to a space, and the child has to carefully select what to place using four criteria: foods from the same level defined by the geometric shape of the card, favorite foods from the same level, expiration date closest to the current date the child is playing, and more environmentally friendly packaging.

Level 1 (base) = 5 spaces.
Level 2 = 4 spaces.
Level 3 = 3 spaces.
Level 4 = 2 spaces.
Level 5 (tip) = 1 space.

8. Educational Use:
The final design will be used in an educational game for children.

Best regards,
