Creating Book Covers/back

I have the templates and graphics and need book covers created for my Maths and English curriculum. In total, I have 7 books and the graphics for each book would be the same apart from the year. So:

Year 1 Maths
Year 2 Maths same graphic but different colour background
Year 3 Maths same graphic but different colour background
Year 4 Maths same graphic but different colour background
Year 5 Maths same graphic but different colour background
Year 6 Maths same graphic but different colour background

So its not really complicated work as the layout for each book is the same. Each book has a front cover and back cover.

So the books I need are

6 books each for each topic but three for timetables
