Create vector version of existing logo design

I need a logo re-created as an .ai, .eps, and .svg format with transparent and white backgrounds
The attached TLG IT Careers Mock Up Logo.pdf option #10 is what we are looking to reproduce. The other files are related logos that you should be able to get colors fonts from.
• ITCareers is one word and the same font as the Learning in the TLG Learning logo.
• The font for TLG ITCareers is the exact same as we use in the corporate logo.
• A division of TLG Learning is the font as we use for the corporate logo.
