Create an transparent AI and or PNG file inspired like this one

I have included a copyrighted image, but would want you to recreate it so that it is similar in design but not identical... a pine tree that looks sad and cannot handle the weight of even a simple ornament. The only addition I would like, is the ability to print it on either a white or black t-shirt, so I need 2 versions. Thanks!
