Create a template/ thumbnail for my YouTube/ Podcast Channel.

I run a YouTube Channel where I interview fellow authors and professionals within the industry. I want an eyecatching and professional banner and a template that I can use as the background for my youtube thumbnails/ instagram image etc when I share about my recent interview.
