Create me some time blocking templates in Canva

I'd like a double-page spread of A5 time-blocking templates designed in Canva (editable, please). There must be enough room to write a couple of sentences in each block, as these will be downloaded, not used digitally. And it needs to cover seven days, not just the working week. Please start with Sunday on some and Monday on others. Ideally, there'll be space at the top to add an affirmation, and if there is room, I'd love a notes section across the double page at the bottom.
Time should begin around 6am and finish at 9pm
