Create a small GIF animation for email signature

HI.
I want to create a small gif animation from my logo to attach it in my email signatures .
I attach my logo and i only need an easy rotation of the two pieces of the gear that make up the logo.. and after they have been attached, the name of the company appears underneath.
The gif should be 100x100 px .. but if i could receive different resolutions it could be better (200x200, 150x150, 100x100, 75x75 ..)
