Create simple illustration/icon of a football kit (including shorts).

I'm looking for a simple illustration/icon of a football kit (including shorts).
Illustration should be very simplistic with no small details. Only two colors. Black and white.
I would like 20 different versions of the same kit, but with different designs. Like vertical stripes, horizontal stripes, half black and half white etc. I will provide all the designs.
Files should be delivered in SVG format and it should be easy for me to change colors. Attached is an example to show how simplistic I want the kit to look like. It should not look exactly like this, but something similar. Please note that illustration should also include shorts which is not in the example image.
