Create several process flow (charts) in Microsoft Visio

Create several process flows in Microsoft Visio. Looking for a really experiences process flow designer, who can create multiple flows simultaneously and instantly and has eye for detail and design. Preferably going through the flows together and you will design upon going through the flow. These are limited flows describing the steps in an application. Please also mention your hourly rate. I am expecting to start next week and finish within 2-3 days.
