Create schematic Sketchup Model -- 2

JOB DESCRIPTION: given a set of PDF and Autocad dwg files, create a 3D massing and elevation study model that can be easily manipulated by others as the design is revised.

This project can lead to further opportunities for the right candidate as we move forward to refine the design and as we work on other projects.

The model will include the following (each on separate layers as distinct object):

- Site work
- Concrete Slab (garage)
- Crawlspace stem wall
- 1st Floor Slab
- 1st Floor Walls
- 2nd Floor Slab
- 2nd Floor Walls
- Roof
IMPORTANT:
*** All architectural elements (walls, floor slabs, roof, etc.) must be modeled as separate objects or components for revisions later. This will be a working model for design, not a final model for rendering. ***

A reference sketchup model will be provided for textures, colors, etc.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE A SAMPLE RESIDENTIAL SKETCH UP MODEL MEETING THE CRITERA ABOVE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
