Create a presentation(Deck)

Need someone to polish, detail and design an 18 page powerpoint presentation using my Google Slide rough draft as a template. Job is focused on single family residential construction and pursuing partnership with various local municipalities. All of the information, wording, and images are provided but need someone with experience making decks/powerpoints to bring it together. I would like the finished format to be completed so that future changes can be made to wording, numbers and information on each slide.
