Create a powerpoint template applying brand guidelines, and migrate a 25 slide deck into the template.

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a professional and engaging PowerPoint template that meets my brand guidelines. Specifically, I need someone who can take my existing 25 slide deck and migrate it into the new template. My preferred color scheme is to use existing brand colors, but I'm open to any suggestions that work well. I have specific images and graphics that I would like to include in the template, so I will provide those to the freelancer. Lastly, I prefer a static template without any animations.
