Create a poster for a Christmas fair

I am looking for a talented designer to create a poster for our upcoming School Christmas Fair. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually appealing designs for events.
Requirements:
- The poster should incorporate text, graphics, and photos to capture the essence of our Traditional Christmas Fair.
- The size of the poster should be small, either A4 or A3.
