Create a portfollio - company book

After more than 20 years in the market, we want to create a portfolio - book, with past projects and a small description in every project. We are thinking of creating about 5-10 different templates, which will be repeated throughout the book, plus an introduction - about us, cover, last page etc. Additional to the templates, the freelancer will have to adapt the photos we will provide to the templates. As it is a life work, we will need to work closely and talk through the steps.
