Create a pdf with Links that work even when it is copy and pasted

I have a flyer already created but I need to be able to copy and paste it into the body or text of an email with links that work. I don't want the links to show the https website address. I want the flyer to look exactly as it does already, but right now, the links only work if I attach it to the email. I don't want that. I want it in the body or text of the email with links that work for two different "vote here" images and the "learn more" image. I need this as soon as possible and no later than 9am PST on Thursday 7/14 tomorrow. I can provide an editable psd file, if needed or other file format, if needed.
