Create pdf presentation of a house

I need a pdf like the one attached but from another house, the arrangement of photos could be 1 photo per page and in some pages 4 photos per page or 2 per page. The order would be like this:
Page 1: Photo of the house with info of rooms, toilets, guess, sqm (With icon)
Page 2: Photo of the villa with text of description
From page 3: till the rest of the pages show 38 picture in total.
