Create 8 pages of educational sheets which will be for children

I provide therapy for children and would like to use my own therapy worksheets. I have sheets which I use which are copyrighted to someone else. I would like my own designs to be similar but child friendly and the text altering slightly as the copies I have are copyrighted.

Two examples provided below of some idea's which I want to copy, however I would like them to be more child friendly and with the text altered slightly.
