Create a package design for our product

We have a teeth whitening prouduct that needs to have its package designed, we have already a concept in mind, and have pictures with the concept, we need someone that we can be sure that is able to replicate the colors and the layout of our example. I will attacha a picture with the kind of colors and layout that we need for our design, please make an offer just the ones that think that are able to replicate this, and after that to add our own original elements.
