Create logo and e letterhead

I would like a logo and e letter head header and footer in word format developed.
Company name : Psychologic Consulting
I want a brain made of cogs in all colors and then the O's in Psychologic in the shape of a cog.
Must have a footer on the bottom with room for my name and qualifications and contact details.
