Create me a logo and branding.

UK based only please. I need a logo creating from a prototype I have made. I also need branding materials e.g. email footer. Letter header and a flyer template so that I can make my own flyers. I'd like you to make the logo very similar to what I have uploaded but also make some minor changes and experiment with design and brand colours and also try with and without my tag line.
