Create a e-learning interactive course

I have a storyboard. create a story line quiz based on the given e-storyboard. I need the project in .story and as zip file. I also need the screen recording video of the entire development process. It is small project with less time duration. I need a e-learning experienced professional or a freelancer to do this.
