Create an infographic QUICKLY (Less than 2 hours)

Take an existing graphic, take the information off of it, and make it look like street signs. Artist should have a mental image of how this should look, I expect it to look professional.

I am providing source material as INSPIRATION, not as a directive. I would like the info on the left to be put on 2 street signs similar to those shown on the right.
