Create a high fidelity design and prototype in Figma

It's a fictional mobile app called Verdant which is for buying Plants and learning plant care . I am looking for someone who can ui/ux design my fictional mobile app . I do have the starter material which is the wireframe and low fidelity design I want to convert it into a high fidelity one using Figma .
