Create gift box artwork for Disney product

We sell Disney plush products and have been given permission by the rights holder to create a gift box. We have some ideas in mind but need somene with adobe photoshop knowledge to put it together and then create a layout for the production.
We are looking to do the samewith Super Mario plush
Intitially this is just two designs but hopefully we will adapt it to the rest of our range.
